Large Double Room, Own Bathroom, New Islington

I’m letting my spare spacious double room out. It’s located in New Islington, so mega central. You will also have your own private bathroom. 😊

I’m looking for a clean, respectful professional who is also looking for a lovely place to call home 😊. This is a safe space and a wholesome home vibe, so I’m looking for someone who values a similar energy. ✨ I do have a dog who is very well behaved, trained and loving, so anyone enquiring must be a lover of a furry friend. 🥰 I do clean very regularly, so it’s probably rare you’d get a touch on the hoover for the shared spaces unless you really enjoy hoovering! 😄
You’ll have access to your own bathroom which is equipped with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. There’s a shared living room space and kitchen area. I’ve advertised the room as furnished as there is a bed, mattress and chest of drawers. You’re welcome to add other furniture..😊

Myself, I’m active the majority of the week. I go to the gym, love yoga, enjoy eating out from time to time as well as cooking the odd homemade meal. I work Monday to Friday. I enjoy to socialise with my friends and have a nice balance of time to myself. I’ll have a glass of wine with my meal, but my party days are over, so someone with a similar mindset would be ideal. I’m a clean and tidy person, so definitely looking for someone likewise. I’m respectful of others space, though it’d be nice to chats / have film nights etc.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly train station, 5 minute walk from the New Islington tram stop, 5 minutes to the marina which is gorgeous, especially for a morning coffee and on the clear evenings!

You’ll find some really lovely coffee shops nearby, it’s a really convenient and sought after location. Great if you need to commute anywhere.

There’s a place to store a bike in the building. There’s also an Aldi and pure gym a 5 minute walk away and a Sainsbury’s local at the bottom of the building which is absolutely fantastic! 😋
