we have a double room available in Ancoats, Manchester for short stays! 🏡
it'll be available from 8th December 2024 until 13th January 2025 for 5 weeks.
the room is spacious, has a large window and is fully furnished. 🪴
about the flat:
- it's a lovely new build on the 12th floor, with a view of the Etihad and the city. the flat is in great shape and has all the required amenities. the photos are a little old, but the flat is well decorated as well. we're a sharing household and you're welcome to use all the amenities in the flat!
- internet and all bills are included! total rent is £170 per week
- it's a 5 minute walk from the New Islington Marina, and a 15 minute walk to the city centre. it is well connected to the city via bus and tram.
a little about me and my flatmate:
- i'm Aman (he/him), a 24-year-old researcher working at the University of Manchester. i'll be away for holidays and am looking to sublet the room for the period.
- you'll be staying with Úna (she/her), a 25 year old PhD student at the University of Manchester. she's lovely company and a great flatmate! :)
