Cozy Double Room to rent

I have a double room to rent in Ancoats, central Manchester. My current flat mate is moving out after a 5.5 year tenancy and I would like to keep it due to its location+price and having a good relationship with the landlord. Picture of the space is as seen.

Rent varies between £650 to £700 depending on time of year. It’s a 2 bed flat with a shared bathroom and off street gated parking. There are good transport links in the area (New Islington tram stop 4mins away and bus literally just outside) with Aldi, Sainsbury’s and a Gym 10-15mins away. Flat comes with everything you need except a dishwasher.

I work from office and home but will be working from the office more often from April 2025 . I’m a social and easy going person but I take my peace at home seriously. My ideal flatmate is someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and a good communicator with a healthy conflict resolution style.
