Student accom in Manchester centre

Due to personal reasons, I’ll be moving out of my university student accommodation managed by Manchester Homes for Students. It’s a large double room, new mattress on the bed, a desk, wardrobe, bedside table, full length mirror and 2 windows. The room is in a shared flat with 2 other girls and 1 boy, there’s 2 shared bathrooms, so only sharing with 1 other and this bathroom also includes a shower over bath. Flat is on 3rd floor with a shared kitchen, including a washing machine. Car park directly below the building that is reasonably priced. City centre location, 5 minute walk from Arndale, 10 minute walk to Victoria, 10 minute walk to Northern Quarter.
Currently paying £175p/w.
