Double En-Suite room in Central Ancoats location

Hey! I’m Sean. My current flatmate will be moving out at the end of January and I am looking for a new flatmate to live with me in our two bed Ancoats apartment. Both bedrooms are en-suite.
The communal areas are furnished however, you would need to bring bedroom furniture. All amenities close by and a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly and the Northern Quarter. Photos I’ve published are a guide only - happy to welcome visits if you’re interested. Due to the current tenancy coming to an end, we will be starting a new tenancy with Manchester Life for 01/02/25. Please note that as I am a gay man, you need to be LGBTQ+ friendly otherwise we will not get along. I would prefer to live either a sociable housemate who I get along with, as opposed to someone who is just a roommate, at the same time I appreciate the need for personal space. I work full time for the NHS over three long days and I do shift work including weekends and nights, I am up at 5am on the days I am working so if this is a problem then I wouldn’t advise it.
