Spacious double room with en suite in semi detached house in Ancoats. Double driveway out the front and a good sized garden. Shared kitchen and living room and 2 other bathrooms. House is 15 minute walk from Piccadilly.
We’re two lads from Bolton. Our housemate is moving out in Feb but we want to stay in the house so looking for someone to take his room.
We’re both chilled. We like running, going the gym, watching films, going to the pub. I work in finance and go the office most days. Matt’s an engineer and works from home 3-4 days a week. Neither of us are smokers but smokers are welcome.
