En-Suite Room Short Let (£815 including bills)

I’m looking for a friendly, reliable person (preferably female, aged 28-35) to take my friend’s room for 2.5 months while they travel.

About the room:
* Spacious and fully furnished with a comfy bed, desk, and wardrobe space.
* Private en-suite bathroom.
* Available from 20 January to the end of March.

About the flat:
* Gorgeous 2-bedroom flat in Cotton Field Wharf, right on the marina.
* Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.
* Spacious living area with a sofa, TV, and kitchen island seating —perfect for relaxing or hosting.
* Bills included: electricity, water, council tax (band c) and fast Wi-Fi.
* Access to an on-site gym, included in the rent.
* Visitors welcome.

Location:
* Prime spot on the marina, surrounded by fantastic bars and cafes.
* A short walk to Aldi and other local shops.
* Good transport links: New Islington tram stop is just a short walk away.

About me:

I’m 30, work full-time Monday to Friday (mostly from home), and enjoy walks along the canal, coffee and croissants, and relaxing evenings in after the gym (especially during winter). I’m easy-going, sociable, and would love to share the flat with someone similar!

Details:
* Rent: £815 per month (bills included).
* Age preference: 28-35.
* Short let: 20 Jan to end of March.
* To secure the room: Proportion of January and February upfront.
