En-suite flat in ancoats - female preferred

Hey, my flatmates moving out to go travelling so I’m looking for someone to take over one room in this two bed flat and ancoats it’s a 15 minute walk to Picadilly 10 minute walk to northern Quarter.
Both Rooms have an ensuite with a living /kitchen through the middle .

The building has a small gym and 24/7 concierge , parking is available but I believe there’s a waitlist I don’t drive so I don’t know .

Bills with council tax come to about £200 plus the £726 rent (£926 total)

Looking for someone clean but not OCD. I like to have friends round on the weekend sometimes someone is up for going out.

No couples , ideally for female with similar interests . I work from nine till six every week day in the office.

Bit about me, I’m 22 and a recruitment consultant. I’m originally from Stoke but live in Manchester now. In my spare time I like to go to gigs and festivals also like a bit of sewing !

Anyone is up for live music or even a bit northern soul would be great obviously it’s not requirement but it would be nice to have someone who is like minded
