Modern, furnished flat in Ancoats

My current housemate is ditching me to move in with the love of his life (rude, I know but happy for him!), so I’m on the hunt for a new housemate to join me in my lovely modern and super spacious flat. The room will be available from February 28th (though there’s a bit of flexibility if needed).

A little about me: I work in PR and social media, and I’ve called Manchester home for the past 10 years. Before this, I was in the hospitality world, and my love for great food hasn’t faded—living in Ancoats means I’m a loyal regular at all the Viet spots on Oldham Road (Banh Mi and Pho are life).

I grew up in the Middle East, speak fluent French, and am all about keeping our space modern, clean, and chill. I’m hoping to find a professional who’s on the same wavelength—someone who’d be up for Sunday Aldi runs or the occasional night out but also values their own downtime.

Weekends? I’m often out and about visiting family or heading into nature, so you’d have the flat to yourself quite a bit.

-Underground secure parking is available for an extra £150/month (you might even negotiate that down—I never needed parking myself).
-Pet friendly for occasional furry visitors! That said, I’m allergic to cats and some dogs, so a full-time pet situation wouldn’t work.
