Cosy Double Room in Well Looked After Apartment

Hey! We're looking to rent out our spare room in 2025.

The apartment is located in the heart of Ancoats, just 1 mins walk to the Marina and Cutting Room Square. Aldi Urban Exchange is just 3 mins walk away. The room is a lovely decorated double room with all furniture provided. Room contains a double bed, comfy mattress, 2 wardrobes so plenty of storage.

The room has its own bathroom with toilet, bath/shower, heated radiator.

The living area is an open plan kitchen and living space. Featuring everything you need, large dining table, large sofa, flat screen smart tv. There is also a lovely balcony looking out over Ancoats.

The living area is shared with myself and my partner. We are both working professionals, gay couple in our 30's. Very sociable and friendly. We love our apartment and take good care of it, it's always really clean and tidy. So we're looking for something who is also tidy and respectful.

We are looking for someone to rent the room on a 3 month minimum basis. The maximum length of the stay is negotiable.

The wi-fi is included.

Myself and my partner are planning to travel lots throughout the next few months, so the apartment would be mostly empty so you'd have lots of space to yourself.

The other bills are an additional monthly cost; electricity, water, council tax. (Average £150pm) Council tax band B
