Looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2-bed flat in Ancoats.

About the Flat
• Rent: £716/month + Months rent for the deposit.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage space. You’ll have your own bathroom as the other room has an en-suite.

Looking for a flatmate who’s independent but also up for a social now and then, clean/tidy, occasionally works from home (I’m usually in the office but 1-2 days wfh a week).

I work in development so that keeps me pretty busy during the week and most weekday evenings are fairly chilled. Weekends are usually spent out and about with mates, on walks, at the gym etc
