Double Room with En Suite in centre of Ancoats - furnished with bed, built in wardrobe and side table. Desk/chair in photos will be getting taken away. (Price includes council tax and bills)

Spacious flat with southish facing balcony so gets plenty of the sun when it’s out. 55 inch TV in the living room and two big unbelievably comfy sofas. Kitchen includes electric hob, oven and plenty of cutlery/plates etc.

Room available from fist week in January will get the room and bathroom professionally cleaned before you move in. I own the property so tenancy is open ended and no need to worry about a deposit but no short stays less than 3 months.

About me:

I’m Harry, 25 year old professional. very social, like to keep active and enjoy the occasional drink but currently working towards a Chartership so living a fairly tame lifestyle for the foreseeable! During the week I will normally be in the office and go to the gym in the evenings, weekends tend to be more chilled at the moment but will usually have something planned. Happy for anyone (no couples) to move in as long as you respect the common space and aren’t too noisy.
