Situated a 3 minute walk from New Islington tram stop, a 10 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly, and close by to Northern Quarter, an Aldi, and Puregym.

You’ll be living with Declan (28) who is staying in the property in the en suite, and another person who takes over the third room.

I’m moving to another area in the city to be closer to work, so I’m looking for a new person to take over the rooms when the tenancy renews at the end of April.

About Declan:

Very easy going, enjoys going out for food and to events, nights out, or chilling at home watching films or gaming.

He’s respectful of other people’s privacy and keeps communal areas clean and tidy. He currently works 9 - 5 in Manchester Mon-Fri.
