Double en suite on ancoats marina

Hi gang, I am moving out of my dearly beloved ancoats marina flat and into my own place! My friend Jake who I live with is looking for a person as great as me to move in, Jake is super active and is currently about to become a big fish in the trading world! He is an amazing cook and will pretty much cook on demand for you if you ask him (tried and tested 🤣) he’s been an amazing friend to live with and will be the best house mate for you to live with. He is also making his own ad too so I will link it here. Ideally he’d be looking for someone sober to move in as both of us are not huge drinkers and it just so happened we ended up living together. The flat is really spacious and has amazing light, my only reason for moving is I’ve been here 3.5 years and I needed a bigger flat for myself as I need a studio to work from at home.
