City House: Double room, parking and large garden

Hi.... I'm Jo, I'm an easy going live-in landlord. I want whoever moves in with me to feel like it's their space as much as mine. I'm clean, happy to give people space as well as enjoy being sociable... Coffee, meals out, drinks, gym classes and hiking.
Have a nice community of friends/ neighbors that live around me and happy to introduce ect.
I work remotely online full time and the office is based in Canada (still never been!). Therefore, I'm not interested in living on my own, there is a massive amount of space and would like to share this with someone that wants to enjoy where they live.

Back facing double room available with live in homeowner from May 2025, 4 bedroom, 3 floors, city house located on the outside edge of Ancoats. NOTE: this will be a 4 bed shared between 2 people only so not your typical house share and plenty of space.

Rent includes weekly cleaner and bills which is managed by the homeowner. Deposit is £500. Considering short term or long term rent, bills are ~£150 per month on top of rent.

10 mins walk to Ancoats, marina and cotton square (including Michelin star management restaurant). Area is surrounded by parks, greenery and canal landscape. Nearby gyms are Proper Gym (7 mins) and Pure gym (15 mins). 20 mins walk to Northern Quarter.

House is fully furnished including dishwasher, washing machine, wireless Internet, 65 inch TV. There is a large south/west facing garden. Garden through French doors from the lounge.

Available room includes double bed (new mattress), wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and ensuite with a shower.
Pictures are a representative and is being re-decorated after last tenant is moving out. There is also a main bathroom with a bath that we can share, as I have my own ensuite on the third floor.
