I’m looking for someone to take my lovely room with en-suite from May but am flexible on the dates.
Will be living with 2 lovely girlies aged 30 and 29. One who works from home mostly and one who works in an office in NQ.
The flat has a gorgeous open living space with the best south facing balcony in Manchester !! The room has an en-suite and built in sliding wardrobes so lots of storage space. Comes with a desk, chair and a double size bed.
My two flatmates work 9-5s and we love to cook/ gym/ watch films but like to get out for food / drinks / maybe the occasional night out at the weekend. They would prefer someone who works Mon-Fri 9-5 without shifts/ lots of weekends so we can all be on similar schedules.
We have all the kitchen gadgets and TV subscriptions for you to use and we each have our own cupboard but share all other kitchen space and key things like appliances/oil/ milk/ condiments etc so things don’t get cluttered :)
Bills are about £140 a month on top and it’s likely rent will increase slightly with renewal!
You need to have been in a job earning £16k for 3 months or have a Uk based guarantor.
No men/ students and 27+ :)
