Due to a change in personal circumstances, I had to move out of my flat before the end of my tenancy. I'm working with the landlord (Ocasa Homes) to find a replacement tenant for my lovely balcony room in a 2 bed flat share.

Flat: 1x double room in a shared flat with west-facing balcony overlooking city centre, 11th floor. Owned and managed by Ocasa Homes. Room includes double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, and bedside table. Infrared heating and intercom system in the room. Bedroom locks from inside & outside.

Includes a clean and up to date shared bathroom & kitchen with washing machine.

Details: All bills included (including internet and council tax), £890 per month. Only one other room in the flat - currently on the market for a new tenant as well, so currently unoccupied. Gated car park space included.

Tenancy end: My tenancy is fixed term - until 28th February 2026, however they might create a new 1 year term based on when you move in.
