This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom flat in Ancoats, a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from Northern Quarter, 15 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.
The room is the largest in the flat, a spacious double room with a king size bed. The room comes furnished with the bed, all the closets and the mirror (the only thing not included is the desk and the chair). The room and the flat have a lot of natural light. There's a TV and a couch in the living room. The kitchen includes microwave, kettle, oven, stove, fridge & freezer, washing machine, dish washer. I can share a video of the flat on request.
The flat has a garage (my flatmate currently uses 1 spot parking for a car but you could use it to store a bike or similar for example) and a small balcony in the living room. The flat is modern and has good isolation (so you're not freezing in winter!) but there's also heaters in all rooms.
I am moving out and looking for someone to replace me. Current flat mate is male so there's a preference for the new tenant to be male. Current flat mate works in an office during week days, is relaxed and respectful but also very friendly if you're open to a friendship. Rent is always due on the 15th of each month, so the new tenant would need to move on or before the 15th of May.
