I’m a 25-year-old working professional, I work from home two days a week and my office is based in Manchester. My housemate is 24-years-old and works in the office most days of the week. We’re both keen to get along as housemates so would love someone that would be up for being sociable :)

The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is large, with lots of storage, large fridge freezer and separate wine fridge. Built in appliances, including dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The property is split over 3 floors so it doesn’t feel cramped and gives plenty of space.

There is secure parking available at the rear of the property.

All bills included (however capped at reasonable usage)
