Double room to rent in Ancoats. Amazing location right in Ancoats and 5 minute walk from Oldham street with loads of bars and things to do as well as 15 minutes from Picadilly.

The room is a furnished and a good size with a desk, wardrobe and multiple sets of shelves as well as a double bed.

The current tenants are both very friendly and welcoming, but they also are very respectful of your own space. The kitchen and sitting room is a big spacious area with sofas, dining table and a TV. I will add photos of the kitchen/sitting room/bathroom shortly.

I am a teacher and am looking to move out before the summer holidays, so the room will be available from July but happy to accomodate an earlier or slightly later changeover.
