I’ve just moved to Manchester, so I am still finding my feet, but I would describe myself as a bubbly person and a bit of a nerd who loves comedy, gaming, MMA, board games, and socialising. I’m looking for a housemate who is happy to hang out together as well as able to respect each other's space and boundaries. I’m hoping to host a board games night bi-monthly with some of the new friends I’ve meet along the way and to have a housemate who can, over time become a real friend.

I work at an arts charity focusing on mental and physical health within northern Manchester, where we put on an arts festival over the summer. My second job is at a live comedy club in the centre of town (so if you enjoy live comedy, I'll be your hook up).

I have paid a holding deposit for a 765sqft two-bed apartment with a balcony in the heart of Ancoats. I am looking for a housemate to share the apartment with a move-in date of 09/05/25. The apartment has two bathrooms, one ensuite and a main bathroom, so you will get the use of the main bathroom to yourself.

The apartment is on the 8th floor and is fully furnished with a contemporary industrial design aesthetic, including high ceilings, underfloor heating, and premium Bosch appliances. The apartment includes 24-hour access to a state-of-the-art gym, rooftop gardens with breathtaking city views, and a resident lounge including a co-working space. The rent is £725pcm with water, wifi and electricity included in the bills. The only additional bill will be the council tax.
