About the home:
Came unfurnished, so all current furnishings are mine. Lovely balcony from the 4th floor so great views and a perfect sun trap on good days! Fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, microwave toaster etc all kept for communal use. Even a fresh bean coffee machine for those who appreciate a good quality morning brew! Broadband included as well as council tax (Band C), water, electric, gas and also biweekly cleaner!

Currently myself vacating the upstairs space. I work 50+ hours a week and so are not home very often

The bedroom for rent is a double bedroom, inward facing window so not much of a view but nice and bright at least! Private bathroom with full sink, toilet. Bath and large storage space! No shower but easily fixed with a shower head which can be attached to bath taps (cheap and cheerful at around £20 on Amazon!) or use the bath if you please!
Upstairs space is my own and is expected to be left private as your space would be. Room is unfurnished
