En suite double room in Ancoats

Hello!

The room available is the main room with ensuite bathroom. The flat is a two bedroom apartment so just me to share it. The living room is wide open along the kitchen.

Move in date 19th June

The contract is to be renewed mid of June so the move in date would be there, the rent is £610 plus bills, which are normally 150 monthly each of us.

There’s a coop on the same street, 10’ walk to the city Centre, printworks. Nearest tram station is shudehill but Victoria’s 15’ away.
There’s also a few bus stops nearby.

To share with me, Cristina, a Spaniard on her late 20s, working in finance and I am pretty laid back.

This is let by an agency so checks will be required.
