Double En-Suite Room Available From August

Hey, I’m looking for a flatmate to move in to a brand new spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Swan Street House in Ancoats. Building amenities include concierge, gym, cinema, coworking and lounge spaces, roof terrace etc.

I currently live in the same building but in a 3 bed, both my flatmates are going travelling so looking for someone new.

As I live here now I can reserve a 2 bed ahead of the 8 week notice period. My current tenancy ends at the end of August so the move in date would be then, I’m looking now as I’m away in June and start a new job. We would be moving into a brand new flat together.

I’m social, chatty and respectful. I enjoy a mid week pint and a chilled night watching some sport. I’m looking for a professional who’s respectful, friendly and is clean and tidy as this is huge for me.
