The building is located in Ancoats, offering the perfect location with easy access to shopping centres, trams, train stations, and all the best bars/restaurants/cafes in the Northern Quarter and Ancoats. Enjoy easy access to Victoria Station (7 mins walk) and Piccadilly Station (15 mins walk), and Piccadilly Gardens + Market Street tram stops (10 mins walk). There's also a beautiful rooftop terrace with beautiful city centre views (great place to watch the sunset!) and a spacious co-working space and private dining room for hire on the ground floor. The co-working space houses a free coffee machine as well.

The building is home to friendly young professionals, students, and plenty of cute dogs. The other flatmate is a 29 year old woman who is a working professional. She is tidy and respectful of shared spaces, plus very friendly and easy to get along with. The shared space of the apartment are always kept neat and clean.
