Two double rooms to rent in Ancoats. Amazing location right in Ancoats and just a 5-minute walk from Oldham Street, with loads of bars and things to do, as well as only 15 minutes from Piccadilly.

Both rooms are furnished and a good size, each with a desk, wardrobe, multiple sets of shelves, and a double bed.

I am the current tenant, I’m very friendly and welcoming, while also being respectful of your own space. The kitchen and sitting room is a big, spacious area with a sofa, and dining table. I will add photos of the kitchen/sitting room/bathroom shortly.

My flatmates and I are moving out between June and August. I’ll be leaving in mid-August, so I’m looking for people to take over their rooms and contract for July and August. You’re welcome to stay on the contract as long as you’d like and find a replacement for myself if you wish. Both rooms will be available from late June. Ideally looking for people committed to taking both rooms by mid June.
