Double Room available in Ancoats M4

Looking for a new room mate to move into the apartment i rent in Ancoats. Apartment is a 2 bed 2 bathroom both with en-suites. Room are pretty much same size. It is unfurnished however i already have kitchen and living room furniture so will just need bedroom furniture and any other items you want to bring with you.

Looking for someone who’s social so can also be mates but appreciate people and their space :)

Rent comes to £700 then with bills on top making it about £850 in total including council tax, water, electric, wifi etc. Council Tax band C
I’m 28 have lived in Manchester for 3 years and enjoy gym, eating out, drinking, socialising with friends etc but also like my own space. Looking for someone who is social and enjoys similar interests to me would be great

I work for Next Head office but am based in and around Manchester

The building is in Ancoats above the coop and has a concierge which is great for parcels etc
