We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our 3-bed flat in Poplin, a modern building in Ancoats / New Cross. The flat is on the 10th floor.
Rent is £840/month plus around £140 for bills (see below).
Deposit is £720. Our current flatmate is moving out to live with their partner, you would take over their place on the joint tenancy from 1 September 2026.
THE ROOM
• Large room, bigger than is typical for Manchester city centre

• Shared roof terrace with city views
• Bookable large dining room; regular community events
• On-site security & secure parcel room

• Right by the Northern Quarter, and easy walking distance to the city centre, Piccadilly station, and Victoria station
ABOUT US
• Chris (26M) - Public sector data scientist. Outdoorsy, always up for a hike in the Peak District or trip to the Lakes. Also into video production. My boyfriend lives elsewhere in the UK so I’m sometimes away for a week or so.
• Dylan (28M) - Software engineer working from home. Big space nerd, also enjoys long walks, TV and movies. I mostly keep to myself, although I'm not averse to a good chat.
We're both fairly introverted, so someone who can get along with that and respects personal space would be ideal. We're not big on partying, but we both enjoy a trip to the pub occasionally.
