Our current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so you would take his place on the joint tenancy. The earliest move-in date is 19 August 2026.

We're looking for someone chilled, reasonably clean and tidy, and who's respectful of personal space & downtime. Neither of us are party people, but we both enjoy a trip to the pub occasionally.

• Chris (26M) - Data scientist. Outdoorsy, always up for a hike in the Peak District or trip to the Lakes. Also into video production. My boyfriend lives elsewhere in the UK so I’m sometimes away for a week or so.

• Dylan (28M) - Game developer working from home full-time. I enjoy long walks, sci-fi shows & movies, and a good game of chess. Often up for a good chat but need a decent amount of alone time too. Straight, but have lived with guys & girls before, as long as boundaries are respected we'll get on fine :)

Rent is £800/month, plus around £140 for bills including council tax (see below), so about £940/month in total payable on the 1st of each month.

- £800 rent for September
- If you move in before 1 Sep, rent for extra days charged pro-rata (~£26 per day)
