Rent is £637.50/month (bills not included)
Bills come to around £180 a month:
- £100 for electric, water & WiFi
- £80 council tax (Band C)

Move-in: ASAP! The lease runs until 25th October 2025, short-term only.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely girl who works full-time. She’s really easygoing, tidy, loves cooking and keeping the flat feeling relaxed and homely.

The room is a great size and can easily fit a desk – ideal if you need to work from home or just want a peaceful space to yourself.

Looking for another friendly, full-time working girl to move in – just to keep bills and vibes smooth.
