I am looking for a flatmate to takeover my tenancy in this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Nuovo development, located on the edge of the Northern Quarter in Ancoats (Great Ancoats Street).

You will have the a bedroom and your own bathroom across the bedroom which comes with a combined bath and shower. The bedroom comes with furniture which offers a lot of storage which is ideal as I know it’s quite hard to find flats that offer that now.
The apartment has a hallway which is spacious and gives a little privacy (rare in newer flats nowadays)

There is also an allocated parking space for no extra charge that you can use or rent out.

The rent comes to £750 without bills and bills are split evenly!

Electricity- roughly around £120 approx

Both rooms have double beds and matching furniture the TV is included and cosy cushions are included.

You will be living with my flatmate Cindy, who goes to the office 4 days a week and is super friendly. She loves to cook and enjoys chill evenings.

Move in date is flexible between April - May as I am currently flat hunting with my partner!

Cindy will be away for the whole of March so happy to put you in touch virtually, and you can also meet in April!
