Looking for a lodger

I’m currently living on my own with my dog (3yr dachshund) in my two bed flat in Ancoats. I’m looking for a lodger to take my spare room, it’s a great size, only slightly smaller than the main bedroom. My bedroom has an en suite so you’d have the main use of the main bathroom.

There is a large open living room/kitchen with a breakfast bar/kitchen island, built-in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc. Living room has a large tv, sound system, large corner sofa and a Juliette balcony.

The flat is located in between Ancoats and new Islington. Ancoats marina and new Islington tram stop are both ‘around the corner’. Manchester Piccadilly is a 10-15 min walk away and Victoria is a 15-20 min walk. There’s a ‘starling bank bikes’ dock right outside the building and bike storage in the building if you have your own.

The building has mailboxes and a parcel room for deliveries. There is a Sainsbury’s local in the building and urban exchange (with an Aldi and a pure gym) is just up the road.
