Flatmate wanted

I’m looking for someone to take over a spare room in my two bed flat in Ancoats. You would be living with me and the tenancy runs until June 2026 (there is also an option to extend after this).

The rent is £613.00 / month plus bills which are around £200.00 / month. The building has a 24 hour concierge, access to a gym and there are parking options nearby. The flat is furnished and I own all of the furniture (so if you don’t like anything on your room, we can find a better home for it).

A bit about me: I’m 27 years old and I’m a trainee solicitor who works from home two days a week. I’m always up for a laugh and anything spontaneous or wholesome! I regularly go to the gym, am very tidy and love a good night out, but equally enjoy staying in and having a movie night with lots of snacks.
