Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in my beautiful two-bed, two-bath flat in the heart of Ancoats. My current flatmate's circumstances changed last minute, so I’m looking for someone to move in at the beginning of February.

Rent:
£638/month (£159/week) each (bills not included).
With council tax, electricity, water and Wi-Fi, it comes to around £800/month each.

The flat is honestly amazing — spacious, modern, and really well located. It’s opposite Cutting Room Square, right in the centre of Ancoats, with loads of restaurants, cafes, and bars on your doorstep. Co-op and General Store are a minute away, and it’s just a 5-minute walk to the Northern Quarter, the tram stop, and the city centre. Super central but surprisingly quiet at night.

About the flat:

The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the flat, so plenty of privacy

Bright, beautifully decorated living room filled with plants
