Room in a shored house (single saperate)

Hi
Its a box room available for rent in a share house.

Preferably working person, but students are welcome.
Room is separate and kitchen and bathroom are common.
We have cats at home, so anyone who is not annoyed by them is welcome. We prefer a female as we all live females but males are welcome to inquire.

The rent is included Council tax. Bills are not included and will be shared equally in the people living in house.

Note: this is a small room so would prefer someone with less stuff.
