My housemate’s moving to Malta at the end of September, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room in our city centre flat. There’s a bit of flexibility on move-in dates, but referencing can take up to six weeks, so ideally looking for someone who’s ready to get the ball rolling fairly soon.
Rent is £750 a month, plus around £200 for bills and council tax (broadband is included).
The room’s a decent size, comfortably fitting a double bed, desk and built in wardrobe. The flat’s in a great spot, about 10 minutes walk from Stevenson Square in the Northern Quarter and the facilities are great: gym, pool, sauna, hot and steam room all included!
I’m looking for someone friendly, clean and easy-going.
