Hey! I’m Amanda and I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in this lovely central 2-bed flat as my current flatmate is moving out to live with their partner.

• Double room which is furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, and desk)
• Rent: £597.50pcm + bills (approx. £160 pcm). Parking is available for an additional £100 pcm.
• Available from: 7th April 2026 and renews yearly in October.
• The building has great transport links (bus, tram, train) and is about a 15 minute walk to NQ.
• Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby as well as being next door to Ancoats Green.

👋🏾 About Me
I’m Amanda, 29 ♈️, working in HR and fully remote. Outside of work I train at the gym, run, watch films, and occasionally disappear into a night out or rave. I’m equally someone who values routine, calm and personal space. I keep the flat peaceful, clean, and welcoming. It’s not a party flat, but it’s definitely the kind of place where the wine might get opened on a Friday and the “just one” turns into looking at what’s on RA.

*** I work fully remotely in the flat, so ideally looking for someone who works mostly outside during the day or has a similar daytime routine that keeps the flat balanced. ***
