Hey! I’m Amanda and I’m looking for someone to move into the spare room in this lovely 2-bed flat as my current flatmate is moving out.

• Double room which is furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair)
• Rent: £597.50pcm + bills (approx. £160 pcm). Parking is available for an additional £100 pcm.
• Available from: 6th October 2025

👋🏾 About Me
I’m 29 and work in HR, and in my spare time I like to keep active in the gym/running, watching movies and trying new things. I’m quite a social person and love a night out as well as being a foodie, so do go out occasionally. However I do massively value my own space. I keep the flat peaceful, clean, and welcoming. It’s not a party flat, but it’s definitely the kind of place where the wine might get opened on a Friday and the “just one” turns into looking at what’s on RA.
