Looking for someone to take over my flatmates room as they are moving back home. The flat is bright, spacious and in a prime location just of Ancoats Marina.
Rent is £647 pcm, and bills are around £180 per month (council tax, electric, water, wifi). Tenancy start date is 1st September but actual move in date can be flexible with my current flatmate. Minimum tenancy is 12 months with no break clause and referencing checks will need to be completed before tenancy start date.
About the flat
The flat is located at the top of Ancoats Marina close to public transport links including New Islington tram stop (3 min walk) and Piccadilly station (10 min walk).
The bedroom has an ensuite and plenty of space. It did originally come unfurnished but my flatmate is happy to sell the furniture on for a small fee of £50 (double bed, bedside table and chest of draws).
The living room and kitchen is open plan, gets plenty of light and has great views of the Ancoats area. It's all fully kitted so no need to bring any crockery or utensils. There is a storage cupboard and plenty of cupboard space should you need it.
The building comes with a concierge to collect parcels, a club room and free street parking in the surrounding area.
About me
I'm 28, originally from Birmingham and have been living in Manchester for the last 6 years. I'm social, friendly but also respectful of others privacy. I love travelling, eating out, watching f1, keeping fit, the occasional night out but also a night in with some M&S picky bits. Looking for someone who is happy to hang out some evenings, up for trying some new food and wine spots and is happy to taste test my baking. I will keep the flat clean and tidy so need someone equally clean who will do their fair share of bins, recycling etc.
I work in HR and go to the office 2 days a week so would prefer someone with a similar schedule to help keep bills down.
