Lovely room with bathroom 5min walk from Victoria

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's tenancy and live with me for the next year in this lovely flat in Green Quarter (5-10min walk from Victoria Station).

• How much is it all?
The rent is £575 per person which is really decent for what you get: your own furnished double bedroom and a big master bathroom all to yourself (not en-suite but the bathroom is right by your door and I'll have my own). Bills are around £200 including: internet, water, gas/electricity, and council tax.

• What's the flat like?
We've got the living room area with the kitchen and dining table where you can relax on a comfy sofa. And my favourite part is the balcony on the sunset side with a table and chairs - perfect for those warm days. The room you see in the pictures is the one you'll take but the furniture has been moved a bit.

• What is it like living with me?
I love people and would love to be friends with my flatmate, so if you're down for chatty dinners or a coffee out from time to time, I'll be more than happy to do it! I work long hours and travel so you'll have space too. I’m not a maniac but I think the flat should stay tidy without having to chase after each other so that it feels comfortable being in the living room/kitchen and having people over here and there.
