Double room in New Islington, Manchester

Location:
Cosy, bright flat in New Islington, very close to Manchester City centre, across the road from New Islington tram stop. The building is in a gated community, so it is super safe with a nice view from the large balcony, however set back so it is quiet. There is a pub and Londis a 2 minute walk away, aldi down the road and a few local gyms

The flat:
Open plan living room & kitchen with everything you will need.

The room for rent is a medium sized fully furnished double bedroom, large bathroom with bath & shower.

My room has an en-suite with just a toilet and sink, therefore I use the main big bathroom to shower.

Me & Dali (the cat):
I have been living in this flat for over three years now and absolutely love it here, I have made it into a cute little home. I work remotely, which means either from home or cafes. Dali my cat is a Sphynx cat, he is super friendly and loving and very clean as he has no hair.

I love to travel and do so quite a lot! I go to a good few festivals per year, big into fitness such as climbing, calisthenics & yoga! As much as I love the festival and rave culture, outside of this I’m super wholesome, enjoy the occasional Manchester rave and summer parties but not wild - it’s all a fine balance. I treat my home as a calm, chill safe space from all the chaos! I’m always on the go either training, out and about, seeing friends but would love to have someone move in that’s likeminded and could build a living relationship with, not two passing ships.
