Lovely room available in Ancoats

Lovely bright room available in my flat from mid august for a year tenancy!

i’m looking for a friendly and chill flatmate to come join me in my flat in Ancoats. We’re a 10 min walk from Aldi, and the marina, and so near town/nq so the location is fab!

we have a balcony with some basil plants and cute chairs, a shared living room/kitchen, and you’ll have your own (master bathroom). your room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table but no desk.

i’m very chill and friendly, i love arts & crafts, crochet, doing my nails, watching telly, playing on my switch, charity shopping and going out for food. i also don’t drink so would love someone who either doesn’t drink or just doesn’t drink very often. i’d love a flatmate that aligns with that and wants to spend time together but also respects my space and can do their own thing.

i’m back and forth to my boyfriends a once or twice a week and he stays a few days a week too so you’d have to be ok with that! he’s lovely and irish so he’s lots of fun :)

i’d like someone that does their dishes within the day and generally tidies up after themselves. but i want this place to be our home so we can decorate and make it ours. i wfh wednesdays - fridays in e-commerce for pets at home so dog pics will always be available.

our bills are not included in the rent and are about £180 ish each a month depending on the time of year. we also have a gym downstairs and the complex is all gated so feels very safe.
