The flat is in a great location beside New Islington Marina and just around the corner from the tram stop.
The en suite room is unfurnished and gets plenty of natural light. The rest of the flat is fully furnished, including the living room and kitchen. The building also has a small gym and a shared terrace. You’d be sharing with just me — I work in the office most of the week and from home a couple of days.
Bills including council tax come to around £150–£200 per month.
Looking for someone sociable and laid back. I like to keep the place pretty clean, and I’m always up for a pint or a chilled night in.
