LGBTQ+ Friendly Double Room in Ancoats 🏳️‍🌈

Hi! We’re looking somebody LGBTQ+ 🏳️‍🌈 (or LGBTQ+ friendly) to take over my beautiful room in a bright and warm safe space in the Ancoats area. It’s genuinely such a special space, and I wouldn’t be leaving if it weren’t for a family emergency. The flat has been a little sanctuary for me, and I’d love to find someone who’ll make it feel like a home for my flatmate Grace.

The location is ideal – just a 4 minute walk from New Islington tram stop, and about 10 minutes from Piccadilly Station on foot. You’re tucked away in a calm spot, but still only a short walk from Northern Quarter and the city centre.

The bedroom itself is a gorgeous, light-filled double. You will also own a private bathroom that’s spacious and has a bathtub. The flat gets amazing natural light during the day and feels peaceful and cosy. It’s a modern and spacious flat with two huge floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area that flood the whole place with sunshine. It has a calm, open vibe that really feels like home.

You’ll be living with Grace, who is honestly one of the kindest, funniest, and most thoughtful people I’ve ever met. She’s the kind of flatmate who makes life better – super warm and friendly, but also really respectful of space.

The contract is a short-term let from September 8th to December 8th, with the possibility to renew after that. Rent is £560 per month which is an absolute steal given the amazing location and the quality of the flat. Bills and council tax combined are around £182.

We’re hoping to find someone with good energy who will love the flat as much as I do – and help keep it the warm, welcoming home it’s always been.
