About Me
I’m Jess, a friendly and considerate professional and director of two contemporary gallery spaces here in Manchester. I share the flat with Lemon, my affectionate and curious cat, who loves company but will happily respect your space.

I enjoy going to a lot of art/theatre/gig events across Manchester and the occasional night out but mostly prefer cosy evenings in. I’m looking for a flatmate who has their own life and friends but is happy to catch up now and then over a glass of wine during the week, or head down to Flawd or Cask for a few scoops. The flat is LGBT+ friendly and welcoming to all. I like keeping things tidy and relaxed, so it feels like a home rather than just a place to crash.

The rent is £735 a month, around £950 per month with bills included. My current flatmate is moving out middle of September but happy to flex depending on the right person moving in.
