Double room with Ensuite - Ancoats

Hi everyone,

I’ve just moved into this flat, but unfortunately my flatmate’s circumstances have changed and he needs to move out. That means I’m looking for someone to take over his spot on the tenancy.

Location: Ancoats, Manchester
Tenancy: 12 months (no short-term lets, must be able to commit to a year)
Who can apply: Must be fully employed (no students) – referencing & employment checks required

The Room
• Large double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe
• Ensuite bathroom (accessible from the bedroom + living room)
• Current flatmate’s furniture (bed, desk etc.) is available to buy if you need it, or you can bring your own
• Spacious, with lots of natural light

The Flat
• Modern, bright, and spacious throughout
• Two bathrooms in total (so we’ll both have our own)
• Open-plan living/kitchen area
• Great location in Ancoats with easy access to the city centre

About Me / What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a reliable flatmate who pays rent and bills on time, but also someone friendly and social, I’d like us to get along as more than just people sharing a space and become friends!

Ideally someone who’s up for splitting the cost of shared items (TV, kitchen appliances, etc.) since my current flatmate is taking his with him

Sociable but also respectful of each other’s space and downtime

Happy to hang out sometimes but also mindful of boundaries

I’d like someone who can move in fairly soon (ideally within the next few weeks). If you’re interested:
