Description
Due to a change in circumstances I’m looking for a roommate to take over the existing tenancy until 30th April 2026, with the potential to renew for a year after.
The room is an unfurnished double which you can make your own, with double sized fitted wardrobe. You would also have your own bathroom which I can provide soft furnishings for or you can make your own too! Everything in kitchen/living room would be provided. Right next to New Islington tram stop and the marina, with nice bars and coffee shops.
I love to go out and socialise with friends so it would be great to have someone likeminded who might want to join my friends or I can meet theirs. I also love to stay in and watch films/tv and am quite happy to chat and spend time or have my own space.
I love a wine, or going out for a coffee and cake!
I work full time in the office and one day WFH.
I’m easy going and love to have a laugh and listen to music, looking for a person with a similar personality!💕
Has to be a dog person as I have a little sausage dog called Peaches who is super friendly and loves new people🐶
There is a spare car parking space at the moment whilst I do not have a car but this may change later on.
