Looking For A Flate Mate!

We’re a spare room success story looking for someone to take over the third room in our flat as our flat mate is move to Ireland.

There is a double bedroom available that will share a bathroom with Lucy.

We want someone to move in and be our mate, rather than just a flatmate!

We tend to be at home most weekdays and go out most weekends. We’re work hard in the week and play hard at the weekend gals, so if you’re the type of person who likes to have quiet weekends at home every weekend then it’s probably not the right fit!

Regular bills are around £80pcm (for council tax Band C, wifi, washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets which we get delivered) and energy is about £40pcm depending on usage (more expensive in winter).

The building has a gym and 24 hour security/ concierge so parcels are always safe.

We are about 5 minute walk from the New Islington Tram stop, 10 minute walk from Piccadilly station, and about 15 minutes from Ancoats Marina.

We do love this flat and the balcony runs the entire length of the kitchen/lounge and is an absolute sun trap, so great in the summer and great for having friends over etc.

Parking is available for an additional £80 - £100pcm in the car park to the building. But Lucy keeps her car full time on a road with free parking a few mins walk away, so thats also an option if you dont want to pay extra for parking.
