Room in Mill Duplex Apartment in New Islington

My housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new housemate to take over his room.

The apartment is a lovely Duplex on the ground floor of Albion Mill / Albion Works. The building is next New Islington Tram Stop and has access to a concierge.

The price is £800 + Electricity, which is usually £50 each a month. The room available is the ground floor room and you will have sole use of the ground floor bathroom.

A bit about me:

26, professional, based in town. I’m usually in the office, with the odd work-from-home day thrown in. Pretty easy-going flatmate who rarely turns down a pint at the local, and while my cooking skills are generally tragic, I do have one solid pasta bake up my sleeve.

I like to be social, but I’m also all about respecting personal space. Ideally looking for someone I click with - more “mates who share a flat” than “strangers who share a fridge.”
