Double en-suite room in Ancoats

Hey girlies, my flatmate Liv and I are looking for someone to take the third (en-suite) room in our lovely 3-bed flat in Ancoats from mid-October.

The building was brand new this year, so we are the first tenants to have lived in the flat. Everything in the building is super high spec; there are communal work spaces; a bookable hosting kitchen/dining room; a cinema room and soon to be a gym.

The furnishings in the flat are all lovely, the room has a floor-to-ceiling window and would come with a built in double wardrobe; bedside table; desk; chair and king-sized ottoman bed.

Rent is £780pcm plus bills. Parking is not included but there are several car parks nearby.

About us:
We both work 9-5(ish) Mon-Fri and wfh 2/3 days a week.

Liv also looks after a beautiful little mini dachshund on her wfh days, so whomever takes the room would need to be okay with this!

We’re both often out and about, but make lots of use of the kitchen/living room when we are in.

We’d love someone of a similar vibe to us, who is super clean and tidy, sociable, but chilled out during the week. We’d love to make friends but there’d be no pressure if you just enjoy your own space!
