Tenancy takeover from 2 flatmates

Me and my flatmate are both moving out of the city and are looking for someone to take over our tenancy. The flat is 2 bedroom, both with a wardrobe, one en-suite and one bedroom with its own bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, ventilation fan, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Included in the furnishings are a king sized bed per bedroom and 2 drawers beside. In the front room you get a couch, tv stand and table and in the kitchen/dining you get a table and 4 chairs. There is also plenty of storage. The rent monthly is £1550, the wifi is £35, the electric company that we are currently with is £52 but you can choose your own company. The deposit will be £1000 (£500 per tenant). The water bill has not come yet but I am happy to provide my contact details for when it comes to pay whatever me and my current flatmate have used during our time there. The flat itself is non-smoking but you can go outside the building where there is seating. The tenancy lasts until March 31st 2026. There is no parking, but it is within a 10 minute walk of the Arndale and plenty of pubs and night life. Pets are allowed within the flat.
