Flat to view next Monday 15/09 (Not rented yet)

Hi! I’m Ray, and I’ll be viewing a 2-bedroom flat next Monday that could be a great spot for us to share. Before going ahead, I’d love to meet up for a coffee or even just have a quick video call to see if we click. I think it’s important to live with someone you get along with, not just a stranger under the same roof.

A little about me: I work in tech, and outside of work I enjoy hiking, drawing and cooking. I’m also someone who appreciates chilled days in, whether that’s relaxing with a series, reading, or just hanging out.

The flat is unfurnished, so you’d need to furnish your room yourself (though it probably comes with a built-in closet).

I’m looking for a female professional flatmate who’s considerate, clean and tidy (not obsessively haha) and values having a friendly, easygoing environment at home. Ideally, I’d love to build a friendly household where we can hang out and have a laugh, while also respecting each other’s space.
